Stubbs constructions engaged Rare to undertake a re-design of a waterfront development to achieve a 30% cost saving back to the client. Rare provided an innovative precast concrete design opposed to insitu as originally specified.


Working in a public space dealing with tidal movements and shifting sand levels made the design of this project a challenge.

We developed a precast solution and then worked closely with Contractor Stubbs Constructions to ensure that the ever-changing environmental conditions did not impact on the service life of the project.
