Contractor: Owner Builder – Victory Christian College

Victory Christian College purchased 7ha in Kennington in 2007 for a new school facility. A relationship developed where by an innovative design and construction methodology was achieved. The facility included new classrooms, toilets, administration and a $3m performing arts building shared with the church. This was enhanced with carparking, netball courts and a sports field.

The client became owner builder with our specialised assistance. The development of the Glenavon site across Kairn Road is currently under construction.

challenges:

Boundary set backs and fire rating restrictions required some innovative thinking and out of the box solutions.

Provided full engineering service including structural, civil, hydraulics and project management assistance to improve the overall delivery of the project.

key benefits:

Brought a collaborative approach working with stakeholders as well as the Principal in the design and construction phases of the project.
